Christina Goerdt, M.S.Ed., LPCC
I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health from the University of Wisconsin–Superior and am now a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC). With over nine years of experience in behavioral mental health, I’ve dedicated much of my career to working with youth and adolescents. I spent five years as a behavioral residential treatment counselor and have extensive experience in CTSS/Case Management. As a mental health therapist, I draw from a blend of modalities including Brainspotting, CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, somatic approaches—tailored to each client’s needs. My work is holistic, trauma-focused, strength-based, and person-centered, grounded in the belief that the client is the most integral part of the therapeutic process. I specialize in supporting individuals navigating complex trauma, personality disorders, attachment issues, and Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).
I am deeply informed about the community and societal issues faced by BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ individuals. I am committed to providing a welcoming and accepting environment for all my clients. Currently, I am accepting new clients aged 18 and older.
In my spare time, I enjoy traveling the world, propagating plants, spending time in nature, and playing with my animals.
